These terms govern your use of SEO Fire (the "app"), installed through the Shopify App Store on your Shopify store. By installing or using SEO Fire, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SEO Fire scans the pages of your Shopify store, identifies on-page SEO issues, and either generates a fix you can review and publish, or flags the issue with guidance for you to act on. Every automatically-generated fix is validated before it's offered to you, but SEO Fire cannot guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or sales outcome — rankings depend on many factors outside our or your control, including how search engines choose to index and rank your site.
2. Your account and billing
SEO Fire is billed through Shopify's Billing API, on the plan you select. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly at the price shown for your plan at the time of purchase, until you cancel or downgrade. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; charges already billed by Shopify for the current period are not refunded, consistent with Shopify's standard billing terms for apps.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only install SEO Fire on a store you own or are authorized to manage
- Review published fixes on your store — you remain responsible for your store's content
- Not attempt to circumvent SEO Fire's credit limits, billing, or safety checks
4. Changes SEO Fire makes to your store
On plans and rules where auto-publish applies, SEO Fire may write changes directly to your store (for example, a title, meta description, image alt text, or structured-data fix) after that fix has passed its safety checks. Every field SEO Fire changes is snapshotted beforehand, and you can restore the previous value at any time from within the app. You're responsible for reviewing changes on your storefront after they publish.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
SEO Fire is provided "as is." We work to keep scan results accurate and fixes safe, but we don't warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any fix or recommendation is fully correct for your specific store or market. You're encouraged to review any change before relying on it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Fire and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost sales or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may uninstall SEO Fire at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if required to do so by Shopify.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use SEO Fire after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
